Till I leave for the Brisbane Papercraft Festival. I must say I am getting nervous, leaving the children for five nights for the first time is getting a little scary. On the other hand I cannot wait to meet everyone and see how the crowd likes our products. We have a few new releases which, includes a stunning new product that Sandra has designed. Also we will announce the winner of the Brisbane Papercraft Festival Challenge…all ladies have posted there work to Brisbane and it will all be on display. So pop by and meet all the team from Scrapping Outback and see the new goodies!!
This month we have a guest Designer…DRUM ROLL…..Nicole Pomeroy. Nicole is a member from Scrapping Outback. We were lucky enough to Scrapjack Nicole on National Scrapbooking Day. Nicoles work is very kind to the eyes and shows lots of wonderful ways to use paints, inks etc. here is Nicoles Blurb, I hope you enjoy her work this month.
My name is Nicole Pomeroy, I live in Central Queensland with my husband Luke and our two children Charlotte and Zac. I’ve only been scrapping since the start of 2007 and really I can’t say I have a ‘style’. Love to mix it up, and get down and messy with paint and inks, anything with texture is also very appealing. I’ve been lucky enough to have been published in Scrapbooking Memories and Scrapbook Creations, and also been involved with product challenges. I love the people I’ve met through this craft, and most of them I would now call friends, even though we don’t talk face to face, it’s nice to have that online friendship. Can’t wait to see where I’ll be off to next on this awesome ride. The Good – friendly, encouraging, helpful, creative. The Bad – Product Junkie, Procrastinator. The UGLY – VERY MESSY SCRAPPER (need to clean half way through a page), Hoarder (I’ll keep anything that I think will look good on a page)
This months lucky winners for the challenges are….
Sketch Challenge was Shar n.

Mothers Challenge was Mel B.

June Layout Challenge theme is to use the words Time Flies….no hard and fast rules as long as these two words are visible on the layout. Whether it be the title or in the journaling. Single or Double Page. Off the Page welcome. The sketch is uploaded in the gallery for you to view.
