We could not go past Julie Hills entry this week. She has used this class to try something different and has completed Louise’s challenge with thought. Well done Julie it is a wonderful layout.

Well I must say we had some lovely winners for the first month. I was very impressed with the layouts submitted. Such a talented group of ladies. Well drum roll please……….

Sketch Challenge winner was Tracy Firth with Celebrate. This layout is simple STUNNING and I must say so were all the other entries. 

‘New’ Challenge winner  was Jules. it was great to see so many takes on the topic, but we all agreed that this layout on Jules ‘NEW’ bed was the winner.

MAYS CHALLENGE

This months sketch challenge is a wonderful sketch to add different sized photos. Here is what the Design Team came up with…

Petrina has used some lovely photos here on some extrodinary coloured papers. Very bright, very summer.

Rachelle has worked with a very bold purple theme colour here. It works well with her photos.

Layout Challenge…

This months theme is ‘MOTHER”….it may be… being a mother, your mother, children acting as a mother, what being a mother means to you. This is a very open theme…but you must follow this secret Mothers Day Receipe!

Simple take 3 pieces of pattern paper, some flowers and ribbon to match, a pinch of buttons and a title to share. Any amount of photos but some journalling do not spare. With some love and tender care combine together with any extras you would love to add.

So thats all you need to do…there are no hard and fast rules just follow the theme, add the bits listed and any extras are allowed. BUT you must include the layout ingredients listed.
